Disadvantages: Only with two stations, lower working efficiency and cannot be satisfied with large amount painting needs.

Equipments: with 4 stations, 1 under coating station+ 1 spray/baking station, total length: 14.5m, with 72.5m rail and 20 sets moveable jack.

Working process: putty-----under coat-----shelter------spray/baking

Production capacity: bottleneck station is spray station, with 60min/period, as 8h working/day, it can repair 8cars/day

Advantages:

(3)Working process with putty, sanding, polishing, assembling should be finished on other place, and the cars removing by people.

Equipments: with 6 stations, 1 under coating station+ 1 spray station+ 1 drying station, total length: 22.2m, with 111m rail and 28 sets trolley.

Working process: Putty-----under coating-----shelter------spray------drying

Production capacity: bottleneck station is spray station, 40min/period, as 8h working/day, repair amount can be up to 12 cars/day.

Advantages:

(1)it’s suitable for short workshop, small investment for the first investment.

(2)12 cars/day, 360cars/month

(3)Working process with sheet metal, polishing, assembling should be finished on other place, and the cars removing by pelple.

Equipment: with 8 stations, 1 priming station+ 1 prep station+ 1 spray station+ 1 baking station, total length: 29.3m, with 146.5m and 36 movable jacks.

Working process: Putty---sanding-----under coating------shelter-----painting----baking---polishing

Production capacity: 30min/period, as 8h working/day, production amount: 16cars/day

Advantages:

(1)With moderate painting line length

(2)With good cooperation of beginning and ending, 16cars/day, 480cars/month

(3)Most of the working process should be finished on the painting line, but beginning and ending should be finished other place.
